Improving Young People's Sexual Health Survey closing date: Sunday 18th May at 23:45.

Draw will take place Monday 19th May and the winner will be notified by email. The winner will have 7 days to respond. If no response is received by Monday 26th May, another winner will be drawn.

This survey is open to young people aged 16-24 who live in Bath and North East Somerset.
